The CorianCutting Board resolves the problem of using multiple bowls while chopping.  When the board is full, simply sweep the food into an empty cavity, swivel, keep on chopping.  After your done cutting up your food, the wooden part can be easily removed by lifting the wooden cutting board and reveals a serving plate.
